It includes:
- secret occult history of Romania, from the ancient Dacians to the modern communist regime, written to fit a cosmic horror setting
- unique cults, NPCs, monsters, spells, and artifacts, all inspired by Romanian folklore, culture, literature
- new custom rules inspired by Romanian psychology and magical traditions.
- hooks for involving your PCs into the mysteries
- advice for campaign frameworks, across different time periods and locations.
- two annotated maps (one for the GM, one for the players)
- handouts of historical information, to help immerse your players into the different periods
- extensive hyperlinks for easy navigation
NOTE: This supplement is written for the free d100 OGL-based Cthulhu Eternal system (available here). The material and mechanics can easily be adapted to the other popular d100 Lovecraftian RPG.

Disclosure: I was one of the playtester.
Chris wrote a fascinating setting for cosmic horror ttrpgs with a fresh approach to the mythos, as Romanian history and folklore isn’t much represented in role playing publications. The sourcebook aims towards game masters and gives a broad overview of Romania and its history and folklore. Additional new mythos entities, spells, and rules wait to be put on the table. From ancient times to today, you find hooks, important NPCs and fractions. One can either use the sourcebook for an ongoing campaign, having a one-shot in the Palace of Parliament during the communist era or creating a generation wide campaigning in Romania. My tip, the tunnels are always fascinating ;)
